Just remember, although pets look cute and funny in Halloween Costumes. Please think of their feelings and do not force an animal to wear a costume! After all, they are our best friends :)

Strange Nature - Rare and Endangered Animal Pictures

There are many strange and odd looking animals throughout the world.

Today we are looking at rare and endangered animal pictures!

We at StrangeNature.com have found the rarest, most endangered species of animals in the world. We will, over the next few months, post pictures of the many rare and endangered animals walking the Earth in todays climates.

Our first rare animal is the Snub Nosed Monkey. The rare species of monkey is found in Asia, namely China, Tibet and Vietnam. There habitat is the high montain rainforests and there species is growing rarer each day.

Blue Poison Frog (Poison Dart Frog). 

Found in South America and renown for their dark blue bodies. Blue poison frogs are one of a kind. There blue bodies are rubbed with darts and used as weapons for hunting other animals.

The Toad Fish [not to be mistaken with the "Toadfish" :) ] is another rare species. The Toadfish refers to a broad variety of fish with the features of a Toad...

The Tree Kangaroo
From the rainforests of New Guinea, the Tree Kangaroo is growing rarer and rarer. The clue is in the name. They spend most of their time in the trees searching for food and shelter.

It is thought that 12 species of Tree kangaroo remain on the Earth.

This is the Bird of Paradise!

A very exotic and rare bird indeed. The colors of this bird of the rainforest are spectacular!

Last but not least this rare bird is very interesting indeed!
